At his current position as the stylist for Gossip Girl, Eric Daman knows a thing or two about the latest trends presenting them to the public before it hits magazines, not to mention completely edging it with absurdly delicious ensembles that have made their way into mainstream fashion. There is no question that he was the mastermind behind trends like the headband when he laid them on Blaire in every episode.
